Narrative System
You already know how this goes.
You have hired a consultancy before. You might be one. So let us skip the part where we pretend any of this is magic.
We do not invent anything.
We collect and process your data, then we run specific frameworks to understand where in your GTM the narrative is not working in your favor, so we build one out of words your customers already used on you.
That is the whole thing. The rest of this page is just how.
How it works

Collect
First we find where your data actually lives. Every company has an attic: the calls, the files, the threads. Usually they get used once, then thrown into some attic that nobody opens again. We go up there and organize what is in it, looking for the information that shows us the patterns your process follows.

Diagnose
There is a Butler in our attic. He treats the data and crosses it until he finds where your narrative drifts, the point where it stops being under the brand’s control. And he will find it.

Build
The story comes out of that pile, not out of a workshop and not out of our heads. And it is built with four hands. You live this brand every day. We are the ones who get to see the blind spots that come with living inside it.

Hand it over
Marketing, sales and customer success each get their own version of it. Same story, three mouths, finally saying the same thing.
The Gap
Right now marketing says one thing, sales says another, and whoever picks up the phone says a third. Your customer is the only person who hears all three, and your customer is the one deciding.
One per cent a month is a boring promise. Look at what it does to December.
Five stages, and the number at the end multiplies them instead of adding them up. Move one stage by one per cent a month and you close the year thirteen per cent ahead. Move all five and the same traffic, with the same team, closes it at eighty-two.

So pick one stage. One per cent a month, measured on your numbers and not on ours. When it holds, we take the next one.

Model: a relative gain of one per cent per month per stage, compounded over twelve months. One stage returns 1.01¹². Five stages return 1.01⁶⁰, because the end to end rate is the product of the stages and not their sum. Funnel vocabulary and the mathematical model: Revenue Architecture, Winning by Design.
